I have been a Personal Trainer for over 8 years, I’m an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. I specialize in strength and endurance training, 1 on 1 training, high intensity training, and competition training (preparation and weight management). I am a 4x NPC Top 5 National level Men’s Physique competitor. With an ever changing industry and increasing in client demands, quality research in training methods and nutritional data is optimum. My drive is complete client satisfaction. I achieve this by striving to make each individual reach their maximum capacity.

NUTRITIONIST/MEAL PLAN CONSULTANT

 Additionally, I’m an ISSA Certified Nutritionist and Meal Plan Consultant and I will create meal plans according to your needs. Many plans range from: losing weight, toning up or bulking lean muscle. The meal plan program is 12 weeks long. While working closely with the client, each weekly plan is tailored differently according to variables. It is my job to help you achieve your goals as it is your job to follow and trust the process. I will also include a list of supplements and workout routines. Check-ins are every Saturday morning.
